DUAL AXIS SERVO DRIVEN
These
SHELL SERIES presses are available in two different motor drive
versions.
The “SM” version is the high tech version and it is
equipped as a dual-axis servo driven screen press.
In the SM
screen print machine both the clam shell motion and the print/ flood strokes
are controlled via servo-motors.
The main advantage of these SM
presses is the added ability to fully program the print and flood stroke
lengths and memorize these job parameters in the on-board PLC. All job
parameters (programs) can be quickly recalled from the screen printers touch
screen, allowing for ultra-fast set-ups and job changeovers.

The SHELL SERIES screen printing presses are real smooth performers with your
typical industry standard clam-shell screen printer motion to allow for easy
sheet loading and fast production speeds.
The SHELL SERIES “NM” models are controlled via DC motor for opening & closing
of the print head and via Servo motor for the print/ flood stroke (length).
All SM & NM SHELL SERIES screen print machines are (optionally)
equipped with pneumatic progressive screen lift (aka forced peel) to aid in
quality printing results on large format graphics.
All SHELL SERIES
silk-screen presses can be (optionally) outfitted with the same servo-driven
progressive screen lift device that is found as standard equipment on our NEWMA Series presses.
The SHELL
SERIES (clam shell screen print press) machines are equipped with a
dual-axis motor controls and the print head pivots the screen frame and
print head upward in a scissors like or "clam shell" motion.
During set-up
mode, the screen press machine operator has the freedom to adjust the print
& flood stroke lengths, as well as adjust the screen printers cycle speed.
When speed adjustments are made the on-board electronic controls ensure that
the entire press is always synchronized and the electronics compensate for
any adjustments made by the screen machine operator. This simple clam shell
motion provides the operator with an easy method of loading and unloading
sheets from this machine.
HIGH POWER VACUUM TABLE
Each DYSS
SHELL SERIES SCREEN PRINT PRESS is equipped with a high flow vacuum pump
that provide super-strong flow for accurate and consistent sheet placement
and yields tight color to color registration. As an option, our high flow
vacuum tables can be outfitted with retractable location pins for a variety
of screen printing applications.
EASY PRESS ADJUSTMENTS
For easy
set-up, both the squeegee and flood bar controls are outfitted with a set of
two linear calibrated cylinders that have set-point marks for fast and
accurate squeegee height adjustments.
All of our clam shell screen
presses have easy to adjust controls and this high quality & economical clam
shell screen printing machine is very user-friendly. The touch screen
controls are simple to learn with icon graphics on the membrane switch panel
(tactile feel keys) allowing for easy running of this Korean built screen
print machine.
All
mechanical adjustments are positioned within easy reach of the operator/
set-up mechanic and when you need to adjust the vacuum table (off-contact
distance) the control handle is located on the front of the silk screen
press for easy operator access. Also the squeegee and flood bar are
controlled from two sides to allow for precision screen print control.
RUGGED BUILT WORKHORSE
The SHELL SERIES starts with a rigid welded steel framed construction
and all aspects of these DYSS machines really show the attention to
detail. When you build screen print machinery with quality in mind, then the
end results really show the excellence. DYSS uses only high quality
electrical and pneumatic components, as well as sealed bearings which keeps
their machinery running strong for many years to come!
If you want a quality
machine, then the SHELL SERIES screen printers are the perfect
answer.
These servo
driven clam shell screen print presses are well suited for printing on GE
Lexan panels. banners, overlays, membrane switches, pressure sensitive
decals, concert posters, decorative plastic and wood panels, powder coated
metal panels and many other screen print applications. |
