ADVANCED OFFSET
PRINTING SYSTEMS WITH FLEXIBLE TRANSFER PADS
This is a technical process in which a flexible
pad transfers a film of indelible ink from an etched plate
(clichè) directly into the surface of an object of
any shape or size made of any material. The surface of the object can be
spherical, concave, convex, irregular, even very irregular, smooth or rough. In pad printing, we speak broadly of the transfer of words or images in
indelible ink, but such transfer can also be made in varnish, glue, powders,
etc.
Pad-printing can be used on objects of various
material, such as plastic, glass, ceramics, wood, etc., with the one
recommendation to use its specific ink. So, for its extreme
adaptability, pad-printing finds application in the most varied sectors
of the market, especially high-tech industrial products.
The
system of pad-printing is utilised to mark, print, engrave, decorate,
protect and glue. It allows even the finest lines to be reproduced with
clearness, in one or more colours, printing wet on wet.

TG30 PAD PRINTER
The Model TG30 is a small format, flexible and easy to use-sealed cup pad printer.
The
TG30 is a high speed single colour hand loaded and unloaded semi-automatic
machine complete with x, y z and r, cross table.
The
technology ensures minimal solvent evaporation and
allows single pack inks to be left in situ in the machine indefinitely
for ongoing work.
