The
Model 320 is designed specifically for low and medium volume metal
marking applications with an electronic solution where the only low-cost alternative has been manual systems.
The Model 320 is a ideal solution for applications that require lower processing
speed than the more expensive models. It offers the convenience of an automatic plate
feeder mechanism and optional on-line capability. |

| MODEL 360 |

The
Model 360 is a manual-feed electronic embosser specifically designed for
harsh industrial environments. It is equipped with a universal clamp that
allows the embossing/indenting of plates or tags of various shapes and sizes.
The Model 360 can be operated either off-line through the optional external
keyboard or connected to a PC or host through the RS232 Serial Port.
The LCD
panel provides continuous machine status.
All Matica electronic embossers are high performance machines that
emboss up to 15,000 characters per hour, shift after shift.
They combine speed, quietness and strength with smart,
error-free performance. |

The Model 410 is the next generation of the 400, it
is 45% faster and easier to use than the 400 Embosser.
With an integrated, manually adjustable universal automatic
plate feeder, you can emboss various sizes, shapes and
thicknesses of plates including ovals, rectangles and
circles with the same unit. These
highly resistant and reliable systems have been developed
to warrant continuous production in industrial assembly
plants, automotive manufacturing plants, iron steel mills,
shipyards, electric motor and pump manufacturing plants,
and other facilities where durable identification plates
are required for inventory and tracking purposes.
The Model 410 can emboss up to 350 plates per hour. The
410 Embosser is also equipped with a side-eject system
with an external plate collection tray. Special fonts
and logos can be manufactured as requested. |

| AUTOMATIC FEED EMBOSSER MODEL 450 |

The Model 450 is specially
designed for very high volume production cycles.
This strong and elegant machine is designed to minimise wear and
reduce vibration for longer uptimes and lower ambient operation noise.
This model is equipped with a large loading hopper that can
contain up to 500 plates (0.5 mm thickness).
It is
operated off-line from a keyboard and LCD or on-line from a serial
interface.
This model is ideal for making VIN plates, body plates, chassis
plate, airbag plates, ABS plates and work-in-process plates. |
