APPLICATIONS
The integrated marking machines are designed to be installed
directly into automatic production lines.
They produce serial numbers, logos, date
codes, alphanumeric characters that can be easily programmed through the
controller and marked in any
character size and style.
There is also a WINSIC Windows software to
control it from your PC.
The i 52, i 81 and i 141 machines can mark all types of materials,
from plastic to hardened steel up to 62 Hrc.
The
electromagnetic stylus can mark parts of different shapes and
surfaces such as flat, concave, convex, rough and uneven surfaces.
They are sturdy and reliable due to their
high precision and easy use.
Therefore, they can meet all your marking requirements.
They are installed with only electrical
connection required, eliminating the need for air supply.
The integrated marking head is connected to a programmable
E 8 controller with a 5 or 10 metre (16 or 33 ft) long cable. |
