| The model Z10, Z20 and Z30 are part of a totally new generation
of card issuance systems from Matica. They are specifically designed for cost-conscious
service bureaus, card manufacturers and financial institutions for mid and
high-volume centralised card issuance programs.

and rugged construction that have made Matica a highly qualified supplier to

The Z20 incorporates a
thermo graphic printing module for monochrome or full colour
printing of texts, logos and images.

The ZT10 is part of a new generation of card issuance
systems specifically designed for cost-conscious service bureaus, card
manufacturers or financial institutions for mid-volume centralised card issuance
operations.
This highly productive system features the reliability, flexibility, simplicity
and rugged construction that have made Matica a highly qualified supplier to
some of the largest card issuers worldwide.
As a result of our new product coding
system, we have given our "older" Z20 a new name, namely
ZT10,
the "T" highlighting its
high-speed monochrome and
full color graphics printing capabilities.
As such model ZT10 is similar to
model Z10 but incorporates an internal thermal printing module
and two flip-over modules
that are particularly suitable for those situations where a
photo, barcode, text, number, logo etc. needs to be printed on
the rear of the card without compromising a productivity.
Therefore model ZT10 offers the same
processing speed, almost 600
card per hour
(45 characters per card in
embossing/indent monochrome thermal printing), whether
images or texts are printed on the front or the rear of the
card and is fully EMV
ready. Together with
the front
and rear indent
capability and the new
5-station
smart card
personalisation
module, and the above
thermal printing features, the ZT10 is possibly the
most flexible card
issuance system available to mid-volume card issuers. |

| The Z20T adds one more twist to our fabulous ZT10 and
ZT20 integrated card personalization systems. With a
second embossing unit, Matica pushes the speed limit by
being able to produce 900 cards per hour. With all of the
features you need, including smart card personalization,
magnetic stripe encoding, printing and indenting, the Z20T
is a complete system for card personalization
requirements. |
