The digital die cutting system is equipped with a precise
and efficient camera.
The cutter is able to cut various materials such as vinyl,
textiles, papers, cardboard, wood and plastic boards as
required. It can also cut complex fold, crease and scoring
patterns miximising productivity and saving labour cost. |

| FEATURES: |
Can cut various matericals up to 2.2 metre width and
unlimited length.
Can cut loner materials than the table with aid of the
automatic roll feeding and conveyor system.
Both sheet or board feeder and hopper allow continuous
production in a busy working environment.
An optional extension conveyor increases work flow by
allowing the removal of complex cut shapes while cutting.
Can undertake non-uniform distortions efficiently calculating
new optimised cut paths and reducing working time.
Cutting paths are stored and recalled using bar codes
on the printed job reducing mistakes and saving work time.
The software can recommend a suitable tool to optimised
cutting speeds when customer needs to cut new and unfamiliar
materials. |
