The HPS-208 Inkjet Printer is equipped with a full range of the features as standard to meet most customers' requirements with low operational and maintenance costs, due to specialist design and fluid system.

The HPS-208 is equipped with a special ink circulation and mixer system -dispergator based on the TSSG-207, which enables the printer to be a reliable solution for strong pigmented inks. The printer is additionally equipped with the modern electronic printer D-108.
The result is that the HPS-208 has combined with the two successful technologies of the D-108 and TSSG-207 in one printer.

The HPS-208 Inkjet Printer provides outstanding performance and high reliability with heavy pigmented inks, due to the Wiedenbach's unique diaphragm and hydraulic stirring system that is a pigment dispersal system.  The diaphragm tank, which is supplied with air and ink is separated by a plate.  This removes possible ink contamination from the polluted air in harsh work environments and also prevents nozzles from being blocked during operation.

The HPS-208 Continuous Inkjet Printer is specially designed and constructed to endure the rigors of heavily pigmented inks such as light blue, green, orange, yellow, red, white, resulting in high contrast colours, superior adhesive properties and exceptional ink permanency.

The HPS-208 Non-Contact Inkjet Printer is suitable for use in all industries, especially for the cable, wire, rubber horse, steel, automotive, plastic, PVC, PE, electrical and electronics industries.

The HPS-208 Inkjet Printer is installed with a ink density measuring system through automatic solvent dosage, which provides stable ink drop formation and optimum print quality.

The HPS-208 Inkjet Printer has simple structures for easy access, due to hydraulic and electronic systems separated. 
It is designed for very easy integration, operation and maintenance for end-user control.

The printer is able to print at speeds of up to 10 meters per second or up to 4000 characters per second, due to state of the art electronic system.  This is the fastest printing speed in the world.  It also prints characters from 1 to 12 mm in height, including characters in different print formats and fonts.

Due to its superior high printing speed, the HPS-208 Inkjet Printer can be integrated easily into both existing production lines and all modern high-performance production lines without problems.
