THE PRINTING UNITS:
The printing units operate on the hot printing principle using wear
resistant printing foils.
This process is suitable for marking cables and hoses made from PVC,
polyethylene, polyester and rubber type insulations.
SIZE AND NUMBER OF PRINTING CHARACTERS:
The
number of printing wheels can be kept as low as required.
The wheel holder has to be filled up with spacer rings.
This also permits the positioning of the wheels.
The number of printing characters and types of faces can be
selected as required.
THE HEATING:
The
printing wheels are brought to the required temperature with
an integral low voltage heater.
The unit can be left
continuously connected without risk of overheating.
THE PRINTING FOIL:
The printing foil is supplied in 60 m rolls for the smaller
devices and up to 120 m rolls for the larger.
The white,
black, red, yellow, green colours can be supplied for the
printing foils. |

The hot stamper is an electro pneumatic thermal stamping
device used for imprinting cables, wires and flat stock.
The hot stamping process employed by this device produces high quality, abrasive
resistant markings.
The material to be imprinted is pressed against a pigmented
foil and heated stamping type faces.
All stamping
parameters such as pressure, dwell and temperature are freely
selectable in adaptation to the application concerned.
A foot pedal actuation allows you to hold cable with both hands. Wire
straightener, foil rewinding system and wheel lock are
add-on allowing for large series production.
The number of printing wheels can be kept as low as required.
